You are invited to join a safe micro-community of women who journey together for a few months at a time.

NOURISH Groups are soul care groups which offer a 3-month online experience (January - March 2025) to learn to live an intentional and expansive life by combining spiritual leadership and soul care. Together with five other women, we'll encourage deeper exploration of the soul as we move closer to God.

I hope you will consider joining me this fall. Nourish group applications are due by Thursday, January 2 2025 and space is filling.

Teaser: I’m born and raised Transylvania girl turned Pacific coast dweller of Vancouver, BC for more than two decades, who now lives between Canada and Spain. I’m an avid learner who reads a ton and is deeply passionate about people, Christian spiritual direction and spiritual formation coaching. I’m mom to a wonderful 20-year old and wife of almost 25 years to my best friend.

An evangelist for beauty in all forms, I love gardens, interior design, everything raspberry, writing, dancing, birds, poetry, photography, throwing a good dinner party and BOOKS!
